You can try some of the free web site building services. These may be all you need. Most place on your site some advertising which may not be what you want. However, it is not that easy and a site on its own without search engine look up may not be what you are after. You will always find it - but will anyone else? Even if a free service submits your site - that is usually a once of event and lasts for about 30 days.

You can include your site in search engines. You need something called META tags and robot file for best results.
